GET TO KNOW ME

Hi, I'm Ashley.

I’m the florist behind Stem & Style Floristry, based in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire. Before flowers, my world was fashion design — and that background still influences everything I create, from the way I combine colour and texture to the small details that make an arrangement feel just right.

I created Stem & Style because I wanted to offer floristry that feels a little different: modern, natural and personal, rather than one-size-fits-all.

  • Holmfirth-based independent florist
  • City & Guilds qualified
  • Fashion-led eye for colour, texture & detail
  • Bespoke flowers for weddings, events & everyday occasions

Whether I’m designing wedding flowers in Yorkshire, creating a bouquet for someone special or styling flowers for an event, I want the finished design to feel completely individual to you.

I love flowers with movement, texture and personality, and I’m always drawn to designs that feel considered rather than overly perfect.

Stem & Style is quite simply flowers, styled differently.

Why Stem & Style Floristry?

Fashion-Led Design

Inspired by my background in fashion, every arrangement is thoughtfully styled with colour, texture and movement.

Thoughtfully Personal

Every bouquet, wedding and farewell tribute is designed around your story, never off the shelf.

Seasonal & Natural

I work with beautiful seasonal flowers and natural textures to create designs full of movement and character.

Independent Studio

Every arrangement is designed and created by me from my home studio in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.

Flowers That Tell Your Story

From weddings and celebrations to meaningful farewells, each design is created to reflect the moment and the people behind it.

More than flowers...

For me, floristry has always been about more than flowers. It's about creativity, connection and helping people mark life's most meaningful moments.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me with my husband Luke, getting lost in a good thriller or simply enjoying the slower pace of life here in Holmfirth. I draw inspiration from everywhere—fashion, interiors, architecture and the changing seasons—all of which influence the way I design.

Every arrangement I create is thoughtfully considered, with the hope that it not only looks beautiful but tells a story that's uniquely yours.
