Hi, I’m Ashley — the hands and creative mind behind Stem and Style.

I’m a designer at heart, working in fashion, and my love of colour, texture and playful detail naturally flows into my floristry. Flowers have always been a passion of mine, and over time that passion grew into Stem and Style — a small, creative floristry studio based in Holmfirth in the heart of the Holme Valley.

My style is relaxed, modern and full of personality. I love working with colour, movement and unusual combinations to create flowers that feel joyful, natural and a little unexpected — florals that don’t try too hard to behave.

Alongside running Stem and Style, I’m currently training in City & Guilds Floristry, developing my skills while keeping creativity and instinct at the centre of everything I design. Every bouquet, tablescape or installation is created by hand using beautiful seasonal flowers and a thoughtful, intuitive approach.

I work from my home studio in New Mill, designing flowers for weddings, events, brand shoots and everyday moments across Holmfirth, the Holme Valley and West Yorkshire.

I share life (and occasionally my workspace) with my husband Luke and our black Labrador, Zack.
