Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions 

By subscribing to a Stem and Style flower subscription, you agree to receive recurring local deliveries as per your chosen plan.

Payments:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via bank transfer or online payment

  • You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise Stem and Style to charge for each delivery.

  • Prices may change, but we’ll let you know in advance.

Pausing, Skipping, or Cancelling:

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time with at least 7 days notice before your next delivery.

  • Refunds for missed deliveries aren’t guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Delivery:

  • Deliveries are local to HD and HX postcodes.

  • We take care to deliver fresh flowers, but Stem and Style isn’t responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your flowers.

Flower Care & Liability:

  • Flowers are perishable — their lifespan can vary. Stem and Style isn’t liable for natural deterioration after delivery.

  • Please report any issues within 24hours of receiving your flowers.
