Refund Policy 

At Stem and Style, every arrangement is made with care using fresh, seasonal blooms. Because flowers are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds on delivered products, except in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Faulty Flowers

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Order Errors

  • If Stem and Style makes an error with your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to correct the mistake or offer a replacement/refund.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Orders cancelled after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Subscriptions

  • Refunds for subscription deliveries are handled according to our Subscription Policy.

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription with at least 7 days notice before your next delivery.

5. Limitations

  • Stem and Style cannot be held responsible for issues caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or natural flower deterioration after delivery.
